Tilted axis in sketchup causes chaos in D5 asset importing

Hello everyone,

A recent issue I am facing for a couple of days and could not find a real solution for it.
I am working on a model in Sketchup that is imported from Revit and the model has some degrees tilted axis so the groups are not parallel (like the image below/a typical issue when importing from Revit)

and also I have to note that the project base point was far away from the main model(a real geo-based model linked with other software so I tried to keep the origin)
anyway, I did D5 routines importing and everything and started to do the business and suddenly found that the tilted axis is now a real issue when I want to import assets. Assets are getting placed based on the tilted axis from SketchUp(image below/ slightly rotated refrigerator)

turning everything manually after inserting is not a rational task to take on

for the first step, I changed the axis in the Sketchup to a parallel one to correct this issue below:(far away base point)

which did not take effect even after resyncing the model. So I tried to delete the D5 model and re-import it, which did not work and the same result appeared.

I tried sync pivot which did not make any difference in the model axis.

what are the main reasons for that?
what is the perfect approach to make this work properly? (having parallel axis for placing assets and also a closer base project axis)

Regards,
Nima.

Update:

I tried a fresh Sketchup file in which the offline axis issue is solved and also tried a new D5 file and imported the new one in it, so everything is fresh, new, and aligned.

as you can see in the image below it weirdly keeps a tilted axis as it was in D5

What is happening here?
I also tried “align coordinate: nothing happened” “sync coordinate: changing base point to far away” and “sync pivot: also changing base point to far away”

I can simply rotate the model and everything could be good as I haven’t started working on D5 yet, but that is not the correct way to do it. it is surely not accurate

P.S.: Note that everything in these new files is fresh and aligned axis and also project base point in Sketchup is right beneath the model.

Hello. Currently, by sync coordinate after multi-selecting models, allows you to align the selected models will be grouped according to the original modeling coordinate axes, keeping the relative position of the coordinates in the modeling software unchanged. I think this might help you. The position of the model and the axes will remain the same as in the modeling software, and if there is an angular difference in the relative position of the model and the axes in the modeling software, the difference will be preserved in D5 as well.

Also, you can try switching from world coordinates to local coordinates.

update:

none of the buttons solved the issue
I created a new SketchUp file> copying the model directly into it(so basically I just selected only the main model)
recreating a new D5 file > solved.
but if I was in the middle of a project that would be a serious problem
