Three Error Reports from the Spatial Tour Edit Page

  1. The ‘Share expiration date’ checkbox cannot be clicked.

  2. After adding a floor plan image, deleting it, and attempting to upload a different one, the system keeps reverting to the first image. Even after saving, restarting the web browser, or waiting for over 30 minutes, it persistently reverts back to the initial image.

  3. When a user stands in “Space A” and clicks the Anchor Hotspot facing “Space B”, they should move to “Space B”. Consequently, clicking the Anchor Hotspot again in “Space B” should take them back to “Space A”. (A→B, B→A). This is the standard, expected behavior. However, the Anchor Hotspot currently functions as (A→B, B→B). To return to Space A, we have to set up two separate Anchor Hotspots, which is highly inefficient.

Hi @spencer.k527

Could you please send us a link to your Spatial Tour? Since some of these bugs may only be visible on your end, as they are observable in editing mode, please also include a video recording.

Below is the link to the video recording of the error occurring.

Hi @spencer.k527

Thanks for this. I’ve tried all the modifications on my end with a newly generated Spatial Tour file, but the errors are not occurring, unlike in the video that you have sent.

  • We will be further testing the Spatial Tour link that you have provided.
  • If we ever need the D5 File, we will reach out again.

Thanks for the confirmation. I’ll be waiting for the test results!

Hi @spencer.k527

We’ve confirmed that Issues 1 and 2 have already been addressed, and the fixes are scheduled to be included in this Friday’s update, provided there are no delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Regarding Issue 2, the root cause is related to CDN (Content Delivery Network) caching . Since CDN nodes vary by region, some users may temporarily receive a cached version of an image instead of the latest one. This can result in a slight delay before updated images are displayed.

  • As for Issue 3, the current behavior is expected based on the existing implementation. We understand that this workflow can be improved, and we have already forwarded your feedback to our team for evaluation and future enhancements.

Thank you again for your detailed report.

Thank you for the quick update. I hope Issue 3 (the Hotspot issue) will be successfully improved as well.

Have a great day!
