Please Help. I updated to the latest version today and when I try to open the project I have been working on for days, it does not open, it loads up to about 25% and then closes D5 render. I work remotely and the file is in the company’s One Drive folder but this has never been a problem for me before.

Was this issue experienced after updating to 2.11?
- We don’t generally recommend opening these files while it is stored in your Cloud Storage, please try to download them locally first and check if it opens normally.
I’m having the same issue with local projects. After the update, some projects get stuck loading and the program closes before they open.

Does this issue only occur in some projects? Have you tried opening an empty D5 file or a demo scene file (Residence Lawn)?
- It might take some time to load large projects since PT has already been enabled by default.
- Just to be sure, you were able to install D5 launcher right? The new version requires the launcher to be installed.

Yes, so far it’s only happening with some projects. New files and demo scenes open just fine.
It’s happening with both large and small projects. This is the first time I’ve experienced this, and it started right after the update.
I have D5 Launcher installed.

Did you open a D5 File while accessing the VRAM portion? If you have, I think D5 is utilizing your integrated GPU instead of your dedicated GPU.
- Additionally, can I test one of these files that cannot be opened in 2.11? Please send the file link via Direct Message here in the Forum.
- Please also include your log files

Thanks for sending your files. I was able to initially test it on my end and see if it functions normally. I can open it normally with no error prompts or crashing.

- Please try opening a D5 file while accessing GPU portion in Task Manager too.
It is expected for files to load longer when it is first being opened in 2.11 but it should not take more than 10 minutes. Have you tried waiting for several minutes? (Please try)
- Otherwise, we may need to collect your scene and log files. After waiting for it, please send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled '2.11 Clov-Forum The Project I was working on does not open’
