Hello D5 Render team and users,

I’m new to interior design and eager to learn. The quality of the renders in the gallery has inspired me to explore D5 Render further.

Could you tell me if D5 Render is beginner-friendly? I’m not very experienced in 3D modeling and rendering, so I’m looking for a software that’s easy to learn and use.

I’m also curious about the resources available in D5 Render’s library. Are there free resources to start with? And what is the pricing for D5 Render? What sets it apart from other renderers, and is it better than Blender for beginners?

Another question I have is about importing models in OBJ format. Since I mostly use a 3D scanner like the MIRACO 3D scanner, which exports OBJ files, can I directly import these files into D5 Render for editing and rendering?

Hi, for individual users, D5 is currently available in three versions: community, education and pro. The community version is completely free, the educational version and the pro version have the same features but are aimed at university students and teachers, and the pro version has more features than the community version but is charged.
