Text to 3D. Generated successfully, but does not show in the model when loaded

The title says it all.

As you can see in the images above, I have generated a model, and it will import to the model, but it does not show anything
. The size was set to zero, and I changed it to very high numbers, tried closing D5, and regenerating the 3D model. Also saved to local and reload from there, and none worked

I tried reloading the asset, and this error message appeared.
also no layer is in the model to be sure that is not a layer issue

Please share video recordings of the entire process so we can better understand the issue you’re experiencing.

Additionally, please confirm the following:

  • Which D5 Render Version are you using?
    3.1.0.0746
  • Does this occur to all of your files or only to specific ones?
  • Does this occur to all of the models generated in AI Text to 3D tool? Or does the issue only happen occasionally?

Sorry for the late reply; I found a temporary solution, locating the source file on the computer and then re-importing it, but it’s really not practical.
