Text gets wierd when opening new files or saving

I tried to re-download D5 render, but still doesn’t work. How can I solve this?

Delete d5_immerse and d5_launcher

After the deletion of these 3 folders, please uninstall D5 Render, then install it again.

Thank you Clov,
I tried what you suggested and deleted 3 folders and D5 render too.
After reinstalling the program same problem keeps pops up.
I tried in different language(not English), but the problem seems to be same.
