I am attempting to have a team member join my team
However, each attempt times out.
I have also tried on my end with a different email.
It has the same result.
I have attempt four times to reach out to tech support, but my attempts have not been responded too.
Please provide the necessary instructions to this issue.
Have you tried using a different internet connection or perhaps another browser? The error prompt is related to connectivity issues, so if you can try connecting to your mobile data or even try using a VPN (just for the troubleshooting process) then that would be great.
Additionally, aside from this issue, is this user/device able to use the software normally?
