Team License Not Applying – Logged in as Individual/Free Plan

Hello D5 Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my account and subscription status.

I have a D5 account registered with this email address, and I previously purchased a Team (paid) subscription. However, after I turned off the auto-renewal option, the D5 Launcher only logs me in as an Individual/Free plan user. As a result, I no longer have access to the Team subscription features even though I should still be eligible.

When I log in through the website, I can see both “Individual” and “Team” options, but the D5 Launcher automatically logs me into the Individual/Free plan every time, and I cannot switch to the Team license.

Could you please check the following for my account?

  1. Whether my Team subscription is still active and valid. (after all, I subscribed again, but the problem is still on going)
  2. Whether my account is still properly assigned to the Team license seat.
  3. If the auto-renewal cancellation has mistakenly deactivated my Team subscription earlier than expected.

If needed, I can provide screenshots of the login screen or account page.

Please help restore access to my Team subscription as soon as possible.
Thank you very much for your support.

Hi @hom

I checked your account, and you do have an active Team subscription with 2 seats. I’ve sent you a message. Please check your inbox.

You should be able to choose either Individual or Team after you enter your log in details.

I launched the program, and tried to log in,

After I put my password,
It automatically logged in to the Community account. I can’t choose any.

Got it @hom

Can you try to log in your My Space account to see if the issue persists? You can access it here: D5 Render

When I tried to log in through the website, I can choose btw 2 accounts.
It’s just the launcher problem I guess.

Here’s the screenshot ~!
Please help me with this. I’ve been suffered from this problem all day that I coudn’t work at all.

Hi @hom

Please check your inbox. Thanks!

The issue was resolved by changing the account attribute from Manager Only to Editable.

When an account is set to Manager Only, the system treats the login as a personal identity, which blocks Team identity features—such as Showreel access—and causes MySpace to display personal/team options without enabling actual Team functionality. Edit Account Attributes | User Manual
