TDR Error Messages Upon Opening TEAMS projects after 2.6 Update

Hello, our team is having trouble opening our D5 Teams project files after updating to 2.6. It displays the error "Your Current TDR(Timeout Detection Recovery) is too low. It was not having this issue before. I’ve done the recommended methods of running as Admin and Rebooting.

Hi @ncungbik,
Thanks for your feedback of this issue.

HI @ncungbik,
Do you have the same problem with other devices or other scene files? We are collecting similar issues. If it’s convenient, can you send your logs to support@d5techs.com? You can refer to this post to learn how to collect logs: D5 Support Tool
Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the reply, @Leah_Li. We had saved a large TEAMS project file we created in 2.5 using 2.6, which didn’t allow us to open it again. I’m not sure the update screen warned us against doing that originally but we know now not to do it.

We got around it by accessing an archived version in our network and downloading and installing D5 2.5.2. In the future, it would be nice to upgrade project files to the latest D5 version without running into this problem.

Hi @ncungbik,

Have you turned on the function of ‘Save Compressed Project’ in 2.6 version?
