System unknown error

Hello D5 Support,

I’m experiencing an urgent login issue with D5 Render.

When I try to log in to D5 Render on my PC, I get the error:

“System unknown error”.

Important details:

  • My D5 account is paid and active

  • I can log in successfully on the D5 website (web login works)

  • D5 Render has worked normally on this same computer before

  • The issue started suddenly and persists after restarting the PC

  • I am not using a VPN

  • I am using a mobile hotspot connection

  • No corporate or school network

  • Windows firewall and antivirus are running normally (not custom blocked)

Because of this issue, I am currently unable to render images for a client, with a deadline today (15.1).

Could you please check if this is a server-side login issue or advise how to fix the local client login?

I can provide logs or screenshots immediately if needed.
