  • Can you try to use another browser or perhaps clear your browser’s cache first, then try using D5 Hi?
  • Changing internet networks may also help with the problem.

If any of these didn’t help, then please share to us the Date and Time when you tried to use D5 Hi and was prompted System Unknown Error.

@woohyeon0201 D5 Hi is expected to experience occasional traffic, I suggests to try again after few minutes. Or you can try to use another network to test if it pushes through. Thank you.
