Hi there, I apologize for the incovenience this issue has caused. Can you provide me with the following information? You may refer to the Images provided. Thank you~
Hi there, thank you for the screenshots. It seems you accidentally cropped the GPU details. I would also like to know your device model and GPU, kindly resend the screenshot showing the GPU information.
Please restart D5 as an administrator and let us know if this resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, I recommend a clean installation of your graphic driver. You can do this through Nvidia’s official software, GeForce Experience, or download and install the driver by manually selecting the appropriate graphics card from NVIDIA’s official website.
For instructions on how to perform a clean installation of graphic drivers, please visit; Why prompt ‘The program cannot be launched because of DLL errors…’ or ‘Program Startup Failed’? | User Manual
Hi there, thank you for providing the following images and information. First and foremost,
-
Can you check and make sure that D5 Render is utilizing your GPU 0 which is RTX 4050 instead of the GPU 1 (Intel)? You may open NVIDIA Control Panel and look for this option.
-
If you are unable to located the Screen Mode Manager and select Solo GPU, you can also disable it in windows device manager
-
If you are using an HP Invictus Laptop or such, this option is also available through the OMEN Application > Graphics Switcher > Discrete Mode you may refer to this link for this

I have noticed that your graphic card driver is not yet up-to-date, the new version is currently at 566.03. You may want to refer to this link for more information and in-depth instruction: How to view and upgrade graphics card driver? | User Manual
Please let me know if any of the proposed solutions work, thank you~
