Hi, for some reason I need to start/stop the sync from C4D to D5 rather than just sync by refreshing. Has any one else had this issue. It happens most of the time.

Hi mate, you can disconnect the D5 directly by clicking this button again.
Hi Bruce. I know mate, my issue is that the refresh or update doesn’t work most of the time between C4D and D5. So I have to Disconnect and then reconnect for the update to happen.

What’s the version of your C4D converter and D5? and Does it happen in all the scenes or just in this project?
If it happens to all, please update and reinstall the converter or D5.
If it happens to this project. can you send the model and D5 files to us for troubleshooting?

Hi Bruce, thanks for your reply. It happens to all the scenes. I updated the convertor a few weeks ago. I’ll reinstall and let you know.
