Suppression d'un ordi sur le compte D5

Bonjour,

Sur notre licence D5 nous n’arrivons pas à déconnecter un poste car le code de vérification envoyé par mail n’arrive jamais à destination.

Pouvez-vous déconnecter l’ordinateur ASE sur notre compte.

To clarify, are you trying to unbind a device from your D5 account?

I’ve checked our system and can confirm that the verification codes were successfully sent to the email address associated with your account. Please kindly check your spam or junk mail folder, as the email may have been filtered there.

It is also recommend to whitelist the following email addresses in your email settings:
