Supper Glitching

i would like to ask regarding my d5 software. every time i use the interactive between sketch up and d5 the file is so heavy to move and keep logging
also on the screen so glitching.

Additionally, please confirm/send us the ff:

• [ Important] Does this issue occur in all of your files or only to specific SKP/D5 File?

• What’s your VRAM consumption when both of these files are opened? Please open them and navigate to this section of Task Manager.
