suddenly overbright model

Hi, i was setting another light source and suddenly my model got overexposed/ overbright. I have no idea why that can be, i checked what i could and i dont know where this could be comming from. Please help me. I ve been working on this model for 5 days now and everything was good until today. I was presing shift key while it happed and i dont know mabye i preesed something else too bou i dont know what and what could have triggered that issue

I think you have accidentally enabled “Smooth Mode” instead of “Precise Mode”, you can quickly change the settings in this tab:

Additionally, it might also be helpful to disable “Auto Exposure” as this may also make your preview window too bright.
