Submission Failed Error When Applying for Educational License

Hello,
I am an architecture student trying to apply for the D5 Render educational license. I have filled out all the required information in the application form correctly, but I keep getting a “submission failed” error every time I try to submit. I’ve double-checked my internet connection and tried using different browsers, but the issue still persists.

Is there a solution to this problem or an alternative way to complete the educational license application? I would appreciate any help or guidance.

Please try the following:

  • Sync your server time and local time

  • Check if the country or region you have selected is in the drop-down menu.
