SU model disappeared after syncing into D5

Hi Everyone…

Some update about this error? In my office i got the same problem. Open the D5 file, and the SKP object is listed, but invisible.

Here are some possiblibites causing that:

  1. SU uses an unsupported mapping format, such as tif format mapping

  2. SU in the front and back of the material is not unified, that is,“the face is reversed”, you need to select the part of the model in su lost material, invert the plane, give the material and re-imported into D5.

  3. The model is too small or too far away from the 0,0,0 point.
