hi, can u please check for the student version of my account?, i have submitted the student account 7 days ago, and i still havent got the student version. My account has downgrade to the community version, thanks

Hi @muhammad.122390043 ,

I checked your account and found that your EDU has been issued succeccfully.

You weren’t issued EDU before because you already have PRO in your account (new registration and questionnaire gifted) and we will issue you EDU after your PRO expire. Now, your account has returned to Community, so your EDU has been issued. Don’t worry. Sorry for the inconvenience.
