Hi. I have followed this guide to no avail. Not only I followed the guide but reinstalled all the software related to VR and D5. Even tried older D5 version without success.

As of now I also tried a previous SteamVR version, also without success

@yarch92 May I know what D5 version you are currently using? Can you show me your system info? and for confirmation have you tried following these steps here:

if everything is set correctly, Please send us your log file for further investigation. Thank you

See this link for your guide: How to use Support Tool? | User Manual

Here are the log files

zziplog.zip (767.2 KB)

I’m using the latest available version. But also tried 2.7

Hi, @yarch92 One more thing, what VR device and model you are currently using?

Meta Quest 2

Thank you for sending this through. I’ll get back to you once the team is done with their tech investigation. Once again, Thank you for your patience and understanding.
