Hi! Could you please tell me the type of lights you are currently using? Could you show me the parameters of environment and effect?
Thanks for your feedback. Is that Add Lights in this picture?
i already try off imessive on first post.solve the problem for now…hope d5 can fix this…because before update, this file got no problem
Is it convenient for your to send your scene file to us? We will check it.
HI. I’m a colleague.
I saw that you use emissive light, did you check if the lamps you used for emissive light have a texture, perhaps giving emissivity to that material gives you this effect. Maybe you need to eliminate the texture and put zero reflection and roughness, try this way.
I hope the problem is solved
Hello again, I forgot to tell you that you have to better adjust the Bloom and Lens flare effect, or put zero on these two, see how it goes
Come on Courage
where can i send the file?
already try, still the same result.
Sorry for my late reply. [support@d5techs.com](mailto:support@d5techs.com, and please describe the problem).
done,already email.
Really thank you for this. We will check it.
Hello, I checked your file. I think it is your emissive background that caused the light spots in your scene. Once you hide the background, the light spots no longer appear. But actually, outdoor emissive objects shouldn’t make light spots appear indoors anyway, this might be a bug and we are trying to find out why.
thank you for figure that out…i miss out that part(background emissive).
