Since Thursday the 28th, we have been encountering an issue with the D5 Pro version. We are trying to create a Spatial Tour of a couple of rooms in a church.
Although it is a complex Archicad model, the geometry is cropped when exported to D5, so it has a manageable amount of data. We are able to successfully generate both Spatial Tours and XR models in D5 and view them online.
HOWEVER, it’s impossible to set up hotspots, disable the watermark, or even change the project name. If we apply any of these changes and click save, the project breaks instantly and the 360 views are lost forever.
We tried rendering them in 4K instead of 8K/16K, but the issue persists. It doesn’t matter if the tour has 2 views or 10. I’m honestly out of options here.
Moreover, when we try to add the hotspots, the edit page prompts us to “click on the + icon,” but there is no such icon anywhere on the interface.

NOTE: panorama tour works flawless with same panorama images.
It seems we need to troubleshoot this issue further. I don’t recall any similar reports in the past few weeks, so we may need to gather more information from you.
Could you please provide the following:
A link to the XR Model and Spatial Tour
A video recording of the entire process, including the point where the project fails
Additionally, please confirm which version of D5 Render you were using.

Does this happen with all Spatial Tours or only this specific project? It happened with every tour we tried to edit
Have you tried creating a new test tour with just 1–2 viewpoints to see if the same issue occurs? Yes, doesn’t matter how many viewpoint we render or even if the model is just 4 walls or a complete church.
Which browser are you using when editing the Spatial Tour? 3.0.We tried both google chrome and microsoft edge, in normal mode and in incognito mode
Could you share the Spatial Tour link with us for testing? 3.0.I will share with you 2 tours.
The first one hasn’t been edited. It works but the hotspots are missing, etc. Tour_test 01 (no edit)
