spatial tour hotspot and 3D 2D problem

The hotspot disappears or changes location when clicked, it doesn’t work, and it stays on a dark 2D/3D screen.

I open the project in VR, but the hotspot doesn’t show up at all, and the gallery menu doesn’t appear either; I’m stuck in just one area.

I’ve been experiencing this problem for 4 days. The 360-degree panoramic tour works flawlessly, but I’m having trouble with the spatial tour. I urgently need help; I will pray for everyone who helps me.
