I’ve just created two tours for a project, a daytime tour and an evening tour but when I preview them both, one of them has “D5 Render” watermarks all over it. How can I rectify this?
Hi @3DG
Thank you for reaching out.
The watermark usually appears when the project is rendered with the Community/Free version of D5 Render. If one of the tours shows the watermark while the other does not, it may be related to the license status at the time the tour was created or rendered.
Could you please confirm whether both tours were created under the same account and project?
I was definitely logged in because the project includes a lot of Pro assets that wouldn’t have appeared in the preview, they also both appear in my showreel in the D5 Launcher and what’s stranger still is that the one hat was previously ok also now has watermarks on it as of today. They are a day tour and an evening tour of the same project
I’m going to delete them both and re-render the tours as I need to get it finished today.
EDIT: I’ve re-done both tours and once again one of them has the watermarks. Can someone help me with this ASAP as my deadline for this project is today.
Hi @3DG
Could you please confirm the following:
- Was the project uploaded before upgrading to Pro, or after upgrading to Pro?
- If it was uploaded before the upgrade, please log in to the web version and go to the Panorama (Roaming) Editor, then disable the watermark there. If it was uploaded after the upgrade, please provide a screen recording
I’ve had my Pro account for almost a long time and it was logged in correctly at the time of creating both tours. Did you receive my direct message with links to both?
Hi @3DG
Yes, I received your private message with the links—thank you for sharing them.
Have you tried disabling the watermark before exporting? Additionally, could you let me know which version of D5 you are currently using?
If possible, please try re-exporting the tour using the latest version of D5 and see if the issue persists. Looking forward to your update.
How do I locate that menu? When I select the Tour icon my only options are Open, Edit, Preview, Rename and Delete. If I choose Edit then I see the Basic Info menu which only allows me to alter the camera positions or auto rotation on/off.
