Hello, the D5 educators are certified as architecture students. I completed certification for D5 educators on November 28, 25 and completed certification on my old laptop. But the specifications of the laptop were so low that the d5 was not installed and has not been used until now. So I fitted a desktop with the right specifications to use the d5 and now I can run the program. However, since it was certified on a device that did not have the d5 installed, the new desktop is not equipped with the educator, and this puts me in a situation where I bought the computer for the d5 but couldn’t use it. Can’t I cancel the educator certification on my old computer and get a new certification on my new computer?
