Some assets are only in low resolution

PROBLEM WITH TEXTURES. Have anyone similar problem on 2.0? Since upgrade I have this problem with textures on some assets. Some are in high resolution, something only in low. I can see this issue specialy on assets what can be used in animation (wind efect)

I tried to reinstall D5. Problem not solved

Hey, MichalR:

I’m afraid you have to find the folder:
D5 Render installation folder\D5 Render\d5_immerse\Content\Paks\f2
And delete all files in this folder, then restart D5 Render to trigger downloading the assets again.

After that, please help to check this issue is also existing or not.

Hi Jeremy! Thank you for your answer. Tried to delete and reupload and doesnt work. I have sent files with my scenes to Jure Oliver. Also I in contact with him. Thank you for perfect service guys!

Sorry to bother you again, we failed to download the file you sent…
Firstly, the downloading was suspended on the half, on our several test machines.
Then we cannot download from the site anymore, since it asked us to send SMS to sign up then pay for more downloads.
I have sent you a link of a sharing folder in Google drive, could you please upload the scene file to that place?
