SKP "synchronizing" only and not loading in D5

It has been two hours, and when I sync my SKP project to D5, it only prompts"synchronizing." I already updated my D5 as well, yet nothing happens.

Sorry for the inconvenience. To help narrow down why Live Sync is stuck on “Synchronizing” , could you please help confirm the following:

  1. Which SketchUp version are you using?
  2. Does this happen with this project only, or also with a new empty SketchUp file?
  3. Are you using D5 Live Sync or exporting/importing the model manually?
  4. Approximately how large or complex is the SketchUp file (file size, heavy proxies, large textures, or extensions)?
  5. Have you tried restarting both SketchUp and D5, then launching SketchUp first, followed by D5?
