Sketchup model is not showing in my D5 model

Hi,

I’ve encountered an issue with my SketchUp file when opening the D5 model. Initially, I thought the SketchUp file might be corrupted, so I reverted to an earlier version and attempted to relink it to the D5 model. However, despite my recent work from the past three days being present in D5, the SketchUp model itself does not appear, even though it is listed in the model objects.

When I right-click on the file, there is no option to relink the SketchUp file. Although I have attempted to relink it by syncing through SketchUp, the model still does not show up.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi! Sorry for this problem.
Please select the model in the object list and then click “z”, this will help you focus on the model. I also suggest you check the size of your model.
If it is convenient, you suggest you can send your SU model and D5 scene file to us. This will help us find what cause your problem. :heart:
