D5 crashes with all my sketchup projects no matter what, i’ve already re install everything,
my specs:
intel core i5-14400F
32GB Ram
NVIDIA RTX 4060 8 GB
SSD 1TB
W11

Hi @franciscodummi

Please clarify: are you able to open SKP and D5 Render independently? Since you mentioned that it crashes with all of your SKP files.

  • Can you try to create a new file and see if it can be opened normally?
  • If it only happens with SKP livesync or opening an SKP file, please try to open an empty SKP file and a D5 Render file.
  • Please send us a video recording of the process.
