After clicking on the button to synchronize the Sketchup converter with D5, Sketchup crashes. when it comes to the 100% stage, sketchup turns itself off and generates an error report before it is transferred to D5. I don’t get any errors when I perform this operation on other sketchup files. In order to update my file in D5, I first save the sketchup file, and then I have to update it with the update file option in D5. And that’s delaying my job.

Hello, do you mean a model in the skp model or D5 scene file? If you start a new empty file in D5 Render then sync the model to this scene, can it work?
I mean, a sketchup model could be the reason for this. Maybe a flower or a bed, I don’t know, just guessing. I tried the Converter again by opening another new D5 file, but the result was an error in Sketchup again.
Hello Furkan, yeah I received the model and also let our tech team test that. In a test machine with 16 GB RAM, it cannot sync to D5; while in another one with 64 gb, it syncs to D5 with no problem. We think the problem is related to the RAM. You can upgrade your RAM or close other software then try again.
