Sketchup 2023 won’t lunch after installed Lite

hello, I’m using sketchup 2023, and installed D5 lite, after the installation, Sketchup won’t lunch properly, it crashes…i reinstalled sketchup and updated Nvidia Drivers to last (Jan 26) but nothing helped to solve this, and when I uninstall D5 lite sketchup works right…what’s wrong,please? I never have that with D5 render pro eveything worked and still flawlessly with all D5 upadtes…thank you.

To help diagnose the issue, please provide the following:

  1. A screenshot of your D5 system info.
  2. Your exact D5 Lite version number.
  3. Was there any error prompt before SketchUp crashed?

Also, please collect your D5 log files and send them to support@d5techs.com. Please tag me in the email and include the link to this forum post for reference.
