Sketchup 2022 Crashed after running D5 LITE

Hi D5 team, im using sketchup 2022, then i tried open the model dan d5LITE, and within second it crashed, happend with all the modeling type and without modeling also crashed, can you help me, thanks

Please confirm the following:

• If this issue only persists on this specific SKP file.
• What is your D5 Lite version? It is recommended that it be updated.

Hi, its already solved, i re-install all the program (sketchup, d5render, d5lite). I dunno what happend but its fine now, thankyou
