Hi there,

I’ve recently upgraded to the Pro and have started dabbling with Virtual Tour and XR Tour as a potential option for my clients and projects.
As a Pro user, I know that we get 10GB of storage in the Showreel. Is there a way to increase this storage space other than upgrading to the Team plan? As I am a single user, I only really need that extra storage space. Is there a way for my clients to view the Virtual Tour and XR Tour offline so I can take it off the cloud storage to free up space?

I’m worried about reaching that storage limit and not being able to add any more without deleting project tours that my clients may still want to refer to and use.

I apologize, but currently, there’s no option to upgrade from the 10GB for PRO Users.

You may export your XR tour as .ply source files so you can export it to other software applications. These are the following software that you may use to store/open these files:

  • Cesium
  • Spline (mostly for web design/development)
