Settings gone after restarting D5

Hi please help me out.

I was doing a project but AI started acting up again. I’m down to may last image when this happened so I had to restart D5 to download the AI image.

My rendered image was this:

But after restarting, I lost all saved settings in all my scenes and now have this:

This setting is now applied to all my scenes and I lost all the correct setings I had in my previous file before I restarted. :frowning:

Is this a bug :frowning: Is there any way I can recover the settings before I restarted D5

I have also checked the previous versions and it’s also like this :frowning:

Hi @patricia.d

This shouldn’t happen, especially if you have saved the scene and the file periodically.

  • Where are these files located: Local Storage, Cloud Storage, or a server shared path?

  • What D5 Version are you currently using?
    2.11 Build Version

  • Please try to check if these 3 options, and switch to them.
