is there any trick how to select one specific object or how to shift between different selected?
I am sometimes trying to select some objects, as for example this one here and am a bit struggeling:
It selects the whole wall and not just the wall dirt. If there are many objects and I forget their names, then it is also not so easy to search in the lsit of objects β¦
Any advice for me?
Hi @tjasa.kogovsek93,
You can use the filtering feature of the Scene Resource List so that when you select a category, objects in other categories will not be selected.
Thank you for your reply. Filtering feature is very helpful, but if there are many elements, it is still not easy to find them.
For example on this picture I am trying to select the light and object light is visible or clickable.
So I just click seperatly on all light objects (listed on left with fitlering option, or is there anyway that I simply somehow click to the light on the modelling view?
When I turn off object (object not the layer) with the whole building (exported from Archicad), all the lights also dissapear.
Are the lights somehow connected with the building?
If you go in your D5 settings, you can make a keyboard shortcut to show all light sources . I made mine the β*β symbol so when I click on my keyboard , all light sources show a dot in the model view so you can click them easily .
