how to save multiple scene with different HDRI’s?

another question:
In version 1.8 is there the possibility to save lighting and time of day on different scenes.

For example: What am I doing wrong
I would like a night scene. The 2nd scene as an afternoon.
If I save the 2nd scene for the afternoon. The night scene changed to afternoon too.
