Scene list and object toolbar on left of screen crashes when syncing a Sketchup file

Hello, whenever I sync a skecthup file with D5 Converter, the toolbar on the left of the screen crashes, and I can’t select Scene List scenes, objects and imported files. The rest of toolbars work fine. I have to restart D5 Render and Sketchup file to continue working normally. What can I do?

Hello, sorry for that, are you using the latest version of SU plugin and D5 Render? If you sync a small model file like a box to D5 Render with the plugin, will the left toolbar stop working?

If the problem remains, please compress these two folders of logs then send then to support@d5techs.com

  1. A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.1
  2. A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
