Are the express scene downloads still available?

I have tried several Scene Express Volumes, and none of them worked.
For example, Scene 122.
Wetransfer page loads fine. When clicking download, Download Manager gives a “not found” error message, and Chrome downloads “local-bartender.htm”.

I just tried Volume 122 to see if it the problem occurs on my end.
- I can normally download it without any interruptions or errors
- The contents of the folder are also normal.
It seems that this is only happening on your end. Please try the following:
- Clear browser cache
- Use a different browser
- There may be some security software that is blocking the download; you might want to try to disable it TEMPORARILY.
I still can’t download these wetransfer files. The links do not work.
I have disabled anti-virus. It does not help.
Anyone else based in South Africa that cannot download these files?

Have you tried using a VPN? Currently, there are no reports from South African users who can’t seem to download Scene Express, and we have also tested it.
- How about using another web browser?
- What does it look like when you start to download them?

I have tried another browser. Still does not work.
A VPN won’t make any difference. This is the only site that I have trouble with downloading files.
Refer to the screen shots.
Any other suggestions?

Does this only occur to files from Scene Express?
- Can you receive other files via wetransfer other than from Scene Express normally?
- How about Google Drive?
Scene express files are usually stored in wetransfer so we can easily track it on our end.

I do send and receive files via Wetransfer on a regular basis without issues.
I use google drive as well.

I just want to clarify, this window that shows “Not Found”, does this only occur when you paste the URL? How about directly downloading it from WeTransfer?
- I highly suggest contacting Wetransfer support regarding this issue since we don’t have any restrictions or limitations regarding the download.
