Hello, I can’t use the express scenes. I’m from Russia. Previously, it worked with a vpn, but now it doesn’t work with this service either. The download is canceled after a while. Please help me

Scene Express files are usually shared via a link with WeTransfer, are you able to use WeTransfer normally? Are there any popups reporting errors after a failed download?
The WeTransfer service is blocked for Russians. I used to help out with a vpn. But now I can’t download it either
Sorry for your situation. I suppose you could try to change to another VPN or contact the Wetransfer support team. Wetransfer is currently the most used file-sharing platform for the majority of overseas D5 users, so we won’t be considering a replacement for a while. Please let me know what software you have access to (Onedrive or others) or leave a comment under the post you greatly desire and we’ll help you when we notice it. Thanks for understanding.

Google DiSK and Onedrive are working. Perhaps these services are universal. Also, with we transfer, there is a frequent problem of a short period of links. Because of this, no one can download most of the scenes.
Thanks for the info. I will convey it to our team. BTW, we are now able to generate Wetransfer links with no expiration dates.
