My one-month work is gone, just a blank D5 Screen
while working D5 crashed, and after that all my Scatter objects disappeared.

May I know your current D5 Version?
May I know your hardware? and hardware version?
Have you tried to monitor and optimize your RAM and VRAM usage?
D5 may have crashed due to heavy loads and unoptimized RAM and VRAM
You may refer to this post in optimizing both your RAM and VRAM
Could you also send in your D5 render file via DM or via email at support@d5techs.com and tag “@Aryan” so i could pull it up and check on my end.

Please go to Menu > DLSS 3.5 and enable Super Resolution/Ray Reconstruction/Frame Generation as you need . * DLSS 3.5 is available on Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series graphics card.
