Scaling on laptop when clicking menu "Material Snap"

Hi all,

Really loving the huge new update! Great work !
But when I want to click the “AI material snap” menu it is not scaling well on my laptop. I need to hide my windows taskbar to reach the “Generate” button. Is there another workaround someone knows?
Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,
KoGé

Hi @mattias

Can you send us a screenshot? And which version of 2.11 are you currently using? There were scaling issues that are already solved with the latest build.

Hi @mattias

Are you running the recommended scale for your device’s display screen? On my end, when I use 175% we do have the same situation but reverting to the Recommended scale will make it normal.

Hi @Clov

Correct my device is running it’s display at recommended settings:

Not having this issue on my desktop. Then again my monitor on my desk is another resolution.

Thanks for investigating this.

Hi @mattias

Did you enable “Adaptive System Scaling”?

Hi @Clov,

My sincere apologies not getting back to you sooner (I was working more time on my desktop where this problem does not exist). The possible fix you mentioned does not change the outcome and the material snap window generate button is still below the taskbar on windows. Allthough it was a good idea to check there. I did not think of that function.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,
KoGé

Hi @mattias

Please generate a log file and send it to me privately here in Forum Chat.

Hi @Clov

Which file of the log do you need? If i want to upload the zip (9MB) it states that the max upload is 4MB.

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,
KoGé

Hi @mattias

The zipped file was generated after clicking “Collect Logs”. You can generate a link (Google Drive or WeTransfer) for file transfer.

Note: If you’re planning to use Google Drive, please edit the accessibility beforehand.
