how can I save ONLY the environment settings and effect settings for reuse in another project?

If you’d like, you can also share how you resolved it here so other users can refer from it as well. 
I simply solved my problem by going through Studio and saving a Preset in My Space by checking Environment and Effects.
Then, all I have to do is reapply this Preset in another scene.
