Hi D5 Render Team,
I’m reaching out because since upgrading my GPU from an NVIDIA RTX 3060 to a Zotac RTX 5070 Ti (16 GB), I’ve been experiencing an issue that wasn’t present before.
When I use the rounded edges feature, the textures display visual artifacts — the normals appear distorted or incorrect, resulting in a messy and unrealistic look. This only happens when rounded edges are enabled; if I disable the feature, the textures look perfectly fine.
I’ve already updated my drivers (currently using version 576.80), reinstalled D5 Render, and checked my graphics settings, but the issue remains. This behavior never occurred with my previous RTX 3060, so I suspect it may be related to compatibility or how the new GPU handles this specific function.
Here are my system specs for reference:
• GPU: Zotac RTX 5070 Ti (16 GB)
• Driver: NVIDIA 576.80
• D5 Render version: 2.10.2.0589
• OS: Windows 11 Home 10.0.226100
Could you please help me identify the cause or suggest any possible solution?
Let me know if you need any additional information or test files.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards,
Pau G.Cols
