Can you please attach an image of the issue that you are currently experiencing? Perhaps your model, when brought to D5 Render, shows an all white model? Thank you

Have you tried modifying the UV Map of this model, Surface, and material? Try changing or adjusting the parameters then proceed or use the live-sync again. Let me know, thank you.
