Revit to D5 Sync - First Time User D5

Hi Guys,
First time D5 user and i’m loving it so far. I’ve been working on my Revit file in D5 all day, applying materials and adding furnishings.
I saved the D5 and Revit file, now when I go back onto Revit and sync my live model again it’s making all of my materials grey again. It will keeps my furnishings but all of the materials reset, maybe I’m not understanding how to select my last D5 file correctly or there’s something i’m missing? The project file is still the same.

TL DR; How do I re-sync my live D5 with my last D5 file for my Revit Project?

Sorry for your issue. Could you please tell me your version of D5 and revit? Also, please tell me the sync plugin version you used.
Have you ever changed the name of your material in revit?
This will cause your material to be read as a new material and then restored to its initial state. If possible, perhaps you could send me your model along with the D5 file. You can share a link or send them to support@d5techs.com, please describe the problem and attach the link of this post to your mail.
