When I import a model from Revit to D5 using the D5 Render add-on, the model sometimes appears either below or above the D5 ground plane. I can’t adjust the model’s vertical position within Revit because it would disrupt all my elevation references.
How can I move the entire imported Revit model vertically in D5? Previously, the imported model would appear as a single group, but now it’s divided into individual parts, and I can’t find the handle to move it
***i have tried turning on or off the survey point within the setting inside the d5 add-on in revit
I apologize for the inconvenience. Would it be possible for you to send us your file so we can test it on our end?
- You may send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled 'Clov-Forum Revit to d5 - move imported revit model vertically
your willing to help I am greatful, no apology necessary
i’ve emailed the files out, including a fbx
thanks
I may need the exact Revit File where the issue was evident. The fbx file may not be able to replicate the issue because the file format has changed so I would prefer testing the Revit File. Thank you.
