Revit model sync not working - Only a gray screen appears in D5


I loaded a new Revit file into a D5 file I was already working on. When asked if I wanted to create a new file ou replace and relink the model I’ve choosen Replace and relink, but the new new file just does not appear ,only A full gray screen. Even is a set to wireframe mode, is like there is nothing in th model. like if the other file was changed for nothing.


What am I doing wrong ? I can substitute the files ? like the version 01 of my project for the version 02, but keep the vegetation, scatters and assets I already placed ?

Hello! Thank you for the document. We checked your file and found a size anomaly in the revit file in the scene. Can you please tell us which version of the plugin you used to sync the model before?
I suggest you to delete the revit model in the scene and re-sync it.

try zooming out maybe, that was the issue with me. go to fly mode and zoom out. hope it helps

We found that the replaced model was in a extremely small scale , still don’t know why it happened when we replaced it. the models placed in D5 stayed the real scale, and the house itself came very small , unable to see it of even zoom-in enough so we can se it.
I ,instead of replacing the model, created a new link of the same revit model inside of it and worked, but with cost os losing some vegetation.

now the problem that I’m facing is that when I try to Sync Model, after ajustments in revit i get a message saying " Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size os the collection." don’t even know what it this about.

Hello. Currently the latest version of the plugin may cause model size anomalies after sync. This could possibly be caused by the use of decals in your model.
At the moment if the size anomaly occurs, my suggestion is that you can use the previous version of the plugin. WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free
