Request to Unbind Device for Expired EDU License

Subject: Request to Reset Device Binding for Expired Student License

Dear D5 Render Support Team,

I am a student who previously used a D5 Render student license. However, my student license has recently expired, and now I am unable to log in to my account on a new device. I would like to request a device unbinding or account reset so that I can access my account again.

Here are my account details:

  • Registered email: 212492@jnu.ac.kr
  • Name: Woo TaeHo
  • School name: CHONNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

If possible, please help unbind the previous device or reset the device bindings on my account.

Hi there,

Your Educational Version has yet to expire, it will expire this June 11, 2025. Currently, you will have to wait for the expiry date to reapply using your new device.

Thank you for your reply. The reason I am requesting to unbind my previous device is that it was incompatible with D5 Render — I wasn’t able to run the software properly due to hardware limitations. For this reason, I have purchased a new computer specifically to use D5 for my academic projects.

Would it be possible for you to manually unbind the old device on your end, so that I can continue using my active EDU license on my new computer?
