I would like to explain my situation regarding the D5 Render educational access. I currently use it not only for learning purposes, but also for work, so any interruption in access causes me significant inconvenience.
I would like to know if there is any way to avoid interruptions in my access. If needed, I have no problem resubmitting the required documentation through the appropriate channel to ensure continuous access.
I would also appreciate if you could clarify how this process works: whether the access is suspended for several days during verification, or if once I resubmit the documentation, the access is restored on the same day.
