I’ve been using D5 for a couple weeks and everytime I clode and reopen D5 file, my model’s textures are gone.
I normally use “start D5” or “expot” button in Sketchup or Revit to bring my model in D5, it appears perfectly for the first time. But when I open the same file the day after, the model is there but it is all white…
I’d appreciate some help on this!
I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please inform me where these files are currently located? We generally do not recommend placing them in your Cloud or Network Path, as this may lead to issues such as:
Materials reverting to their previous appearance
Models being misplaced or potentially disappearing
To ensure a smooth workflow, please store these files on your Local Drive (either the C or D drive) while you are working on them. Once you’re done, you may zip and store these files in your cloud storage or on a network path for transfer only. Additionally, we highly recommend providing a video recording of the process by which the issue is reproduced on your end
